Introduction
This arrangement of famous Holst suite written for the St Paul’s Girls’ School transforms the string writing into playful exchanges and majestic unisons for the five winds players. The arrange has taken some inspirations from the band suite when adopting the Dargason, whilst keeping the structure of the strings suite mostly intact—apart from 8 bars taken away before rehearsal G, intended to make the movement flows more naturally.
